Team RJ, started as a two member team working directly with customers and clients for buying and selling of their primary residence, land, property management and investment properties. As production continued to increase the Team developed into a much larger Team. The Team approach offers multiple advantages for clients including expertise in all types, styles and sizes of properties; experience in operating a full-service real estate brokerage firm that serves residential, land, and commercial real estate clients; development of lands including design, and all municipal approvals; the construction and marketing of single-family, multi-family and condominium complexes; and the management of residential and commercial rental units. During my time on Team RJ I have been designated Listing Coordinator, responsible for all primary residential and land listings. I help the seller decide what direction they feel comfortable with in their move from their current home to their new venture, along with pricing, marketing and closing the transaction.
